Round 4... Singapore

Round 3... Assen, had various issues regarding the server and peoples computers so the track itself will be postponed until the end of the season.

onto round 4...

Singapore!!!!

ok the format will be as follows...

Australia time, as of Shooter26 as his is the only time i remember (19:30 South Australia, Saturday 15th October 2011)
During the week your practice times will be taking as your qualifying times for the race up until the preceding Friday.
On the Saturday, all practice before the race will be just seen as Practice, so a time to focus on the race setup and not the fastest laps.
Race will start with a 30 minute warmup, and then the race, which will consist of 1 parade lap and then the race.
The Race is of x2 setting and consists of 30 laps, so please setup your cars accordingly.

and then after this track installed do the mod from here... and copy the "GameData" Folder from this mod download to your rFactor Directory

ATTENTION...

DO NOT INSTALL THE 2010 MOD as bugs have been found in the track, just install the LMT 2009 track from here...

and put in you rfactor directory as the dir it asks for, and enjoy..

NOTE: the pit guy points the wrong way out of the pits, so ignore him.

When you say one parade lap then the race.

Do ou mean that we jump to the grid from the setup menu then the parade lap?
Or that we have the timer thing with drive to the grid etc?

Well once the race day starts and we are in the pits, after the initial count down the pits open up.

This means we have until the time runs out to drive to the start grid.

Once at the grid we turn off the engines and when all are in place and the timer is out, our engines will automatically restart and then we drive around the lap once again in formation.... this lap is called the formation or parade lap.

At the grid we line up for the last time, but DO NOT TURN OFF THE ENGINES.

then the lights go green, and we are away........ into the first corner wall :/

Okok then I know.

I trie the race server to see if I fixed my problem wih the race start and actually my engine started this time. Though the strange thing was that there where no formation lap, just the lights and race start.

My Rfactor strangeness continues :p
