Love a good war film!

Hey guys. I absolutely love a good war film and now I have lots of time these days, I wanna see a few more. Please list 3 war films you really enjoyed here. If they have already been posted, please put up some different ones that are worth watching. I wanna watch them!!

Bad Drugs... you have to check out GENERATION KILL it's an american mini series about the IRAQ invasion from the Marine Recon Rangers.. almost a documentary but by actors... real eye opener and a good view...

There are quirte a lot of WW2 movies that just rocked... flags of our fathers was a clint eastwood made movie which tells the story from both sides of the war for Iwo-Jima that was prety good... I cannot remember the other film so one is flags of our fathers the other you might have to google they are related... I just can't recall right now

Im not quite ure that im right but mussa the other movie i think your talking about is called Letters From Iwo-Jima and the one u mentioned Flags of Our Fathers came out at the same time, very interesting

I honestly didn't like Flag of our Fathers. It didn't appeal to me...and the Red Indian soldier was why I somewhat hated it.

Ahh the Indian soldier.. yeah was actually quite sad... likely it was because it was portrayed in a true way... or at least closer to the truth..

Yes Shooter that was the other one... both were ok movies...
Enemy at the gates and saving private ryan are two of my favs

all above are great movies/mini series, I haven't seen Inglorious Basterds yet but i've heard nothing but good things about it. My war themed recommendation would have to be Band Of Brothers (on Blu-ray of course) it now sells for about 50$ at JB's

BoB was awesome Skin.... great watch.. actually finished re-watching it about a month ago...

Inglorious Basterds was a-ok... I was expecting a bit more from it.. then again it's quentin Tarantino and most of his flicks are Aigh...
